Important Notice

Extending Hours
The Ministry of Justice (“MOJ”) will be extending its opening hours for counter services. Effective 1st November 2019, counter services for all divisions will be available at 8:30am and close at 3:30pm from Monday to Friday for all MOJ divisions, except the Land Court counter will remain closed on Tuesdays until further notice.

Appointment System
The Land Court counter will be implementing an appointment system, which should help our members of the public have more certainty in accessing counter services. This adjustment will hopefully decrease the amount of time our public wait in line. Appointments can be scheduled for up to 2 hours at a time. Please be advised that if you are late 15 minutes or more to a scheduled appointment, you will be considered to have forfeited your appointment time and may need to reschedule for another time.

Office Closures
MOJ offices will be closed all day Friday 25th October, and closed the rest of the day on Friday 29th November from 12:00pm.

Fire Training
Please be advised that while MOJ services will continue to be provided to the public between October 29th and November 1st, MOJ staff will be scheduled to undergo fire training during that time.
