Deputy Registrar – Land Titles: Salary Band I, Range: $38,701 – $57,816
This role is essential for the management and administrative compliance of Land Trust, and Land and Tribal Titles within the Cook Islands legal framework. Senior Land Court Clerk: Salary Band H, $33,220-$49,628
The role provides key services integral to maintaining Judiciary functions for succeeding occupying, partitioning, vesting and leasing land in the Cook Islands, and determining Tribal Titles. Key responsibilities include managing legal and court processes, meeting administration, information systems and records management, and reporting.
Land Court Clerk: Salary Band F, Range: $24,476 – $36,565
The role is integral to administration of the Land Division of the High Courts and related tribunals. Key responsibilities include managing the courtroom and court records, and providing services to assist with land court applications such as land succession, occupation rights and tribal titles.
