Public Notice

The Ministry of Justice will be conducting an information sessions relating our Cook Islands Online Registry. Filing for companies, incorporated societies, and personal property securities will be required to be done via the Online Registry. With the 2017 legislation commencing in December 2019, the Chattels Transfer Act 1924 and Purchase Act 1986 will be repealed. To assist with the transition the Companies Act 1970-71 will effectively be repealed next year December.


The information sessions will be held on Monday 9th December 2019 at the following locations;

  1. Te Au o Tonga- 10am at the New Hope Church.
  2. Takitumu- 5.30pm at the Titikaveka Sunday School Hall.

All are most welcome to attend.
