This project is the culmination of several years of work by the Ministry of Justice, Asia Development Bank, and ParadigmApps, with the additional support of AusAid, the New Zealand government, and the Cook Islands government.

The online registry comprises the registries for Companies, Incorporated Societies, and Personal Property Securities. The web address for the online registry is https://registry.justice.gov.ck, which will direct you to the Companies & Incorporate Societies registry, and the Personal Property Securities registry interfaces.

Although basic searches of the registries are free, creating an online account will allow you to register new entities, re-register existing entities, initiate new company and incorporated society filings, register notices of charges over collateral (other than land), and obtain detailed certified information held on the registry.
