Introduction
[1] This practice note:
(a) Is issued relating to Occupational Right Orders in terms of a s 50 of the Cook Islands Amendment Act 1946.
(b) Is intended to assist the Deputy Registrar, Lawyers, Land Agents and Applicants.
(c) Replaces the practice note issued by Hingston J, the practice note by Isaac J and Savage J of 17 June 2015 and the practice note of Isaac J, Coxhead J and Armstrong J of 12 May 2022.
[2] This practice note is endorsed by the Chief Justice of the Cook Islands.
