• Filing Deadline for Applications: Wednesday, 29 July 2026 at 2:00 PM

• Circulation of 1st Draft Panui: Monday, 03 August 2026 at 2:00 PM

Important Filing Requirements & Guidelines

• Complete Applications: All new applications must be complete and submitted before the deadline. Incomplete applications will not be included in the Panui without prior approval from the Registrar.

• Adjourned Matters: If you have an adjourned matter you wish to include in the Panui, please ensure that all re-advertising fees are fully settled prior to the deadline.

• Outer Islands Matters: Outer islands matters requiring a hearing in Rarotonga must receive explicit approval from the Registrar in advance.
