How to apply for a Succession?

Succession is the process by which the Court determines the right of a person to claim the interest of a Native or descendant of a Native who has died and has left an interest in the land.

 

Requirements

  1. Death Certificate (original)
  2. Genealogy
  3. List of lands
  4. Birth Certificates (applicants)
