                Hereby apply to succeed to Nanue Ellison  (female Deceased)

                deceased, in respect of his / her interest in the land (s) known as:

                1.            Tongaengae  Section 11L Matavera   #12  on S/O dated 1/10/1930

That the said Nanue Ellison         (female Deceased)_

               Died at Rarotonga on or about the  10th   day of    June  1990;

               In support of my application, I submit hereunder the following:

 1.      The deceased person is an original owner or by succession to Mana Ben

 2.      Genealogy showing relationship and right of applicant and deceased person into land (s) attached.

 3.      Death Certificate of the deceased is attached.
